Me and my friends stayed at Anisha's Airbnb for couple of days. Out of an amazing place to stay with friends or family, great spacious living room and bedrooms as well as great terrace and swimming pool makes the bnb worth the cost. Anisha was very responsive and helpful to my queries. And the caretaker Sagar made the stay very easy and peaceful.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful property! The place was spotless, tastefully done, and offered breathtaking views all around. It was truly worth every penny. The food was delicious, and both the host and caretaker were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful staycation in the hills, surrounded by nature!

We had a girls night out and we enjoyed a lots. The place was apt for us. The place was peaceful and we enjoyed every bit of it. It was safe too!! I could not enjoy the pool as I was not feeling good, it looked so tempting!! Looking forward to more stays at this lovely place! I am 100% sure to go back to this place! Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

Place was amazing and Abbas is a super responsive host. His caretakers Gangaram and Geeta were welcoming and made us feel like home.

Planning everything from outside India could have been stressful, but Ruchi made it effortless—she went above and beyond to ensure my family had a seamless and memorable experience. The Retro Villa is stunning—pictures don’t do it justice—but what truly sets this stay apart is the incredible hospitality. My family was taken care of in every possible way. The food was delicious, and the staff even carried my grandmom to the terrace so she could enjoy BBQ night! Ruchi also arranged an excellent driver and a spa therapist, making the vacation absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with a host who genuinely cares, this is it. Subhash and Suvarna Mahale are lovely host. We had a nice chat with them and they are very warm and welcoming. Apartment is neat and clean. Only problem is there is no restaurant nearby however if you plan you lunch and dinner then Gold Valley is best property to stay at near Kolad. I would recommend this property to others and Mr. And Mrs. Mahale will ensure your stay is memorable☺️

Beautiful Location, Tastefully done Bungalow, Well planned Garden. Bathroom cleanliness Should be better. Cleanliness and Maintenance of the garden can improve. Unsightly items in Bungalow and Property can be hidden away.

Poulomi is a super host, very responsive and took care the moment you book from Air BNB, always available on the phone and shares clear instructions. the food is good and reasonable, it's a fully stocked kitchen making it convenient for elders and kids. Monica is the house maid and she is super helpful and her food quality is great and very accommodating to what you ask. Rupali takes care of the cleanliness and does a good job. The electricity may fluctuate but Poulomi is very responsive and caters quickly.

Nous avons réservé l'appartement entier pour 2 semaines dans le cadre d'une formation que nous réalisions à proximité. Le logement est conforme à la description et toutes les commodités sont présentes. Une femme de ménage passe plusieurs fois par semaine et permet à l'appartement de rester propre durant tout le séjour. Sheela est très accueillante et apporte conseil lors que nous en avons besoin (merci pour le contact pour les cours de Yoga). Une colline est à proximité pour s'évader quelques heures de la ville, restaurant et sont également à proximité de l'appartement. Si je reviens à Pune pour une prochaine formation, je réserverai cette appartement sans hésitation. Le seul bémol, sont les travaux à proximité de 7h à 19h, non-stop. C'est temporaire, mais cela peut rendre très nuisible, en particulier lorsque vous venez pour travailler et rechercher le calme.
