Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

En pleno centro, pero muy silencioso. Recién reformado y a 100m de la Gran Vía, con todos los cines, teatros y comercios. Muy cerca de la Puerta del Sol, x si tienes tiempo de conocerla. Perfecto para una persona sola o una pareja. Tiene AC, wifi, lavadora, cafetera Dolce Gusto, secador de pelo, y todo lo que necesitas para sentirte en casa y descansar después de acudir a tus reuniones de trabajo/estudios en la ciudad. Este es un piso de alquiler temporal de corta duracion regido por la LAU 3.2

Malasaña es uno de los barrios más vivos de Madrid, situado al lado de la Gran Vía y cerca de la Plaza del Sol, cuenta con una oferta cultural y gastronómica muy variada, ambiente animado por las noches y tranquilo para pasear, disfrutar de sus terrazas al sol o ir de compras.
