The living space is a tiny home and it has a large separate tiled bathroom and showers about 5 ft away all within the private yard and private gate. Listen to the surf at night or the natural sounds of trees during the day. There is a yard to relax in when you're not at the beach. Your garden cottage is separate from the property's house and located in the center of the north shore. This is an ideal spot next to town!
