very good location near of all the good bars and restaurants in the city,cleaning service on point any issues with that they change the bedsheets and towels in one week like 3 times and I love that ,all the staff really good and always taking care of the costumers needs.Totally retuning soon

Estuvimos en muchos alojamientos en Cuba, y Rafael y su madre fueron las personas más amables de todas. Muy cariñosos, como estar en casa con la familia. Nos ofrecieron un delicioso café y él se encargó de todos nuestros deseos. Muchas gracias, Rafael, estoy muy agradecido contigo por la hermosa estancia.

Encantado por la estadía en este lugar .Superó las espectativas ,el anfitrión y su esposa son maravillosas personas ,atentas y educadas .Si alguien busca una renta en Holguín sinceramente este lugar se los recomiendo ,accessible a todos los lugares principales d la ciudad ,zona muy tranquila ,de las mejoras zonas de la ciudad .Es un lugar en el cual tu reserva vale lo q pagas ,porque eres totalmente independiente y privado .Muchas gracias a sus anfitriones.

Das Haus von Ana Rosa liegt nördlich des Stadtzentrums, ganz in der Nähe der Straße nach Gibara, der Taxi Colectivo Haltestelle nach Gibara, für Fahrten mit Gepäck mit dem Fahrrad Taxi zum Zentrum oder zu den anderen Haltestellen. In der ersten Etage gibt es eine eigenständige Wohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Terrasse. In der zweiten Etage gibt es zwei separat zu mietende Zimmer mit zwei gemeinsam nutzbaren Terrassen. Die Einrichtung ist ungewöhnlich. Modern, schick, hell und luftig, die Betten und die Bettwäsche sind ein Genuss. Es gibt WLAN und Lampen für die Stromausfälle. Ana ist eine reizende, flexible Gastgeberin. Sie kann bei vielen Dingen helfen. Sprecht sie einfach an. Auch Frühstück ist nach Absprache möglich. Ich fahre seit fast einem Jahr durch Kuba, die Zimmer von Ana gehören zu den besten, die ich bisher erleben durfte.

Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen. Sie liegt sehr zentral und fußläufig zu den wichtigsten Plätzen zu erreichen. Dazu ist der Inhaber wirklich sehr nett und organisiert auf Wunsch auch Ausflüge mit dem Taxi . Ich komme gerne wieder.

My stay with Ana Margarita, Raphael and Mami was brilliant. They are all very caring people who have a large heart. They made me feel very comfortable in their home. The home itself is beautiful with a lovely garden which makes you feel very calm. They were always available for anything I needed, and coming and going at different times is also not a problem. They have filtered water, which is very useful, and their bathrooms is one of the bigger ones you will find. Their home is very close to the central park of Cespedes, yet at enough of a distance for you to choose the active areas or the peace of their neighborhood. Overall, great stay!

Let me first say that this place was perfect for what I was looking for. I wanted to get the wife's family together for Christmas and this place what big enough to fit everyone. Yudi was a great hostess! She was always on hand to answer questions and help with situations that would come up (Taxi). She also provided recommendation for nearby restaurants. She even guided us to a couple of restaurants. The stay was lovely and if I ever need that big of a place again I will diffently reach out. THANK YOU for everything!
