River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Farmstay pets and one Nights

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

You can enjoy the indoor fireplace or outside propane fire pit! Private deck for gazing at the stars or watching the wildlife. Two person hammock tucked under the trees! Inside you will find king bed with a view out of the three large windows, loveseat, tv, microwave, small fridge, coffee station and quaint bathroom with tiled shower.

Located at Mount Bernard Farm which is a 130+ acre historic river front property along scenic River Road West and the James River. Need more room?
