We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this flat. First, the location was perfect and allowed us to walk around the Notting Hill/Kensington areas easily. It felt very safe, even late at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very picky about beds, as I have a bad back. The outdoor deck was wonderful and allowed us coffee outside and fresh air. But without a doubt, it was the hosts that made this a very special event. Pearlina and Simon went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with recommendations, help when needed, incredible communication, and hospitality the likes of which I've never received before at an AirBnB. This is a home, not a purchased flat that no one has ever lived in. It felt like a home and was great. Only note: If you have little kids, the stairs inside the flat have no railing so would not recommend for children. Otherwise, it was charming

A spacious flat - clean, quiet with everything we needed. Well appointed kitchen and nice living area- it exceeded our expectations for a 2 bed in Fulham. The flat is in a quiet st with a short walk to shops and tube. Alexandre is an excellent host - checking in personally to make sure everything was OK. Check in was easy and any questions we had were answered speedily. We stayed for a week and would stay again.

Tolle Lage - sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man gleich bei der u Bahn und kommt überall hin. Die Einrichtung war stylisch, es war alles da was man braucht!

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

We visited London for the first time and found Stephanie's place to be a wonderful home away from home. She and Jonathan were very responsive to our request for early check in and quickly remedied challenges we had with keys, toilet, and Wifi. The flat appeared exactly as advertised, equipped with all appliances we needed during our 10 day stay. This location is nice if you don't mind the 15 - 20 min. walk to the train station (great exercise). Shepards Bush Market is the closest stop if using the London tube. Thank you, Stephanie for your hospitality, flexibility, and dedication to ensuring our stay was comfortable as well as memorable.

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

The house was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a great stay and would return again 😊

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely, spacious house with comfortable beds and a great location. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

Yasar’s place was incredibly beautiful and relaxing. I was traveling with family that aren’t used to air bnbs, and they felt right at home and loved the experience. Upon check in Yasar took time to welcome us by showing us everything and answering our questions. The furniture was very comfortable, and the beds were extremely lovely as well; a wonderful sleep after a day in London. The location is phenomenal as it’s across from the Maida Vale tube station as well as near a corner of multiple markets, a lovely bakery, and also a bar. We had a wonderful time just taking a walk one morning in the beautiful neighborhood. Yasar was very attentive, we didn’t have any issues but if we had he was very available. The balcony was lovely, the apartment felt safe and is up one flight of stairs that were no problem at all. A quality experience and I’d love to rent again and return next time I’m in London :)

The apartment was close to two Tube stations, so getting around was very easy. Our flight landed at 7: 30 and we were able to check in early and leave our luggage so we could roam around unencumbered. Before our trip we requested and received a list of places to go and directions to get there. Since we were new to London, this was very helpful, indeed. The bedding was nice and soft and it was delightful to sit out on the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. On our last day, we got locked out but Nadine's husband (who lives downstairs) was available to open the door and let us back in.

What a great host Nik was. He was very responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in us and our story. Nik’s studio was a lovely place to stay for a few days and very importantly for us was parking and stable wifi for working and being able to watch TV. Good central heating meant the studio remained cosy with plenty of hot water and the bed was lovely and comfortable. In warmer weather there was also a lovely private outdoor space with seating and a BBQ. In checking out Nik offered for me to stay on longer which was a real bonus and a very kind offer. Thanks Nik for being a very welcoming host and I highly recommend your studio as a lovely place to stay if you are in the area.

Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold. Lejligheden var ren og pæn, sengene udmærkede, der var stille og roligt. Vi havde dejligt vejr, så der var skønt at kunne åbne op og sidde på terrassen. Matthew var meget venlig og spurgte ind til, om vi manglede noget. Vi kan klart anbefale lejligheden til andre, der elsker Notting Hill og ønsker en god lejlighed til prisen.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We had a perfect stay! The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated in a modern style. Me and my two daughters got to see foxes on the street and backyard daily. The supermarket is one block away, and the tube station is less than 5 minutes walk. I had stayed in a family home as a student in the neighbourhood twenty years ago and I loved it. It is calm, very typical and has many shops and markets. It is far enough not to be touristy but also about 25 minutes from central London. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were bathroom amenities available. Ben was very responsive when I had an issue with the boiler and we promptly solved it even though it was very late. Me and my daughters went to the theater several times and felt safe and comfortable coming back late using the tube. The supermarket across the street closes at ten and there is a convenience store around the corner 24h or closes veery late, not sure which. Look no further. There's no mistake here.

I stayed in Yvonne's place for my last night in London and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing evening. Great views, ambiance, and within walking distance to the tube where you can get to central London in 30-ish minutes. There's a cafe and a few grocery stores right by the station for easy, quick breakfast options. It was simple to get to Heathrow - also an around 30 minute tube trip. For solo travelers, I felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood from the station to the flat (~6 min walk) and the building was very secure. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay that's relatively close to the airport but also can easily get into the more busy parts of the city

A fabulous little basement flat a minutes walk from Bayswater and the tube station so easy to get around and lots of local shops, pubs and restaurants etc near by. On a lovely safe street with gorgeous - quintessentially London - communal gardens surrounding so feels peaceful and away from the traffic and noise but easy to get to if the mood takes you. Fabulous, comfortable, practical flat with everything you could possibly need and nice and cosy also. Couldn't recommend it more and will definitely be back. Many thanks.
