House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

A Piece of Paris (West unit) - walk to downtown

A little piece of Paris in a small-town setting. This apartment is on the west side of a house that’s over 100 years old and converted into a duplex. With high ceilings and Paris-themed decor, you can enjoy the city life vibes while enjoying the small town area. Take a short walk to downtown Newton for boutique shops, restaurants, or catch a movie or band within walking distance! Our studio apartment is perfect for a business trip or getaway. Located on 9 acres in a quiet wooded setting. It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. The studio is located above a garage with a separate entrance. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent.

1935 Cottage Farmhouse at Willis Farms

Relax at this peaceful farm while looking from the backyard at the South Mountains. The renovated house is decorated throughout with family quilts, and antiques. Relax on the deck leading from the master bedroom or the back patio and enjoy the view. Visit the restored homestead on a guided tour where the hosts will tell you of the restoration project, ongoing. The farm produces award winning sorghum syrup and stone-ground cornmeal and grits. The Tuckamore

The Tuckamore is a cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Walk a block to Main Street where you can eat, drink, shop and explore historic Lincolnton. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. Guests can get 10% off their order at GoodWood Pizzeria, a stone's throw from the Tuckamore. Just show them your booking on your Airbnb app.
