Archontico Stafilopati Traditional House

Traditional spacious Maisonette that hosts up to 8 guests. The whole house is made of rock with profound, wooden frames. The ceiling is made of chestnut beams. In the main living room the is an old fireplace with hand-made painting. Rock-framed sofas with textile cushions and an old, wooden round table compose a traditional sitting room. In the kitchen area, there is an old case, which is used as a closet. Here you can see the old plate-rack. At the walls there are copper and ceramic equipment.

Tο σπίτι μας είναι κτισμένο κατά την πηλιορείτικη αρχιτεκτονική. Βρίσκεται σε μία τοποθεσία με εξαιρετική θέα στον Παγασητικό Κόλπο, ό,τι πρέπει για να νιώσετε ηρεμία και άνεση, τόσο με την οικογένεια σας, όσο και με τους φίλους σας. Ισόγειο σπίτι, ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό, το οποίο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο (σαλόνι-τραπεζαρία-κουζίνα), δύο υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο.Έχει μεγάλη και κατάφυτη αυλή που ενδείκνυται για μικρά παιδιά. Ιδανικό για διακοπές όλο το χρόνο, συνδυάζοντας βουνό και θάλασσα.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό, φτιαγμένο με ξεχωριστό μεράκι, σύμφωνα με τις επιταγές της αρχιτεκτονικής του τόπου. Ο ισόγειος χώρος που διατίθεται,είναι μια αυτόνομη και ανεξάρτητη κατοικία, 95m3 περίπου, με καθιστικό, κουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Υπάρχει και δεύτερο μπάνιο έξω από το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση από την μπαλκονόπορτα. Μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες σκιερές αυλές με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα περιβάλλουν το σπίτι και χαρίζουν αξέχαστες στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

The groundfloor of the main building includes one double bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and separate WC.
