La casa, di 150 m2 (200 m2 comprese le terrazze) e 600 m2 di giardino, è una tipica costruzione di piastrelle andalusa, completamente attrezzata e perfettamente arredata con stile, per il massimo comfort e divertimento. Si trova a soli 50m dalla spiaggia. Così vicino si può scendere a piedi nudi.

Chalet appena ristrutturato, immerso nel verde e circondato da uno splendido paesaggio. Nei pressi della "Riserva Naturale del monte Cammarata" con possibilità di trekking con guida. A circa 1 km c'è una piscina coperta con Spa, l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni. Lo chalet dista circa 50 km dalla Valle dei Templi di Agrigento e dalla Cultural Farm di Favara. There are restaurants nearby with homemade Canarian food that is very tasty at reasonable prices, where you will not meet any tourists.

Het ligt in een vrij afgelegen en rustige omgeving in de bergen en in de buurt van mooie wandelroutes. 's Nachts kun je de sterren bijna aanraken. Zonnig gebied, zeer goed weer. Ideaal voor gezinnen. Je hoeft je hier niet te vervelen. We hebben een tafeltennistafel, dartbord en tafelvoetbal.

The village is a very nice place where you can find almost everything to shop, have a coffee place and relax in a traditional tavern. The level is 800m above the sea so the air is always fresh and clear !! There is many beutiful places you can visit around , take a walk or do mountain bike..

Going down the hill 10 minutes from the beach and 15 from Barrio del Palo and the bus stop to the center of Malaga. The views from the house are incredible, it gives the feeling of being on a ship.
