Had a wonderful stay at Aaron's Airbnb, location is in close proximity of everything. Communication with Aaron was quick and efficient, he messaged us every now and then to make sure our stay was going well. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Aaron for being a great host!

特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

Amazing location! Fantastic hosts—super helpful and responsive. Perfect for long term or short term stay. Clean and comfortable. Lots of space for pets and working. Would stay again!

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

Our accommodation for the trip with 16 people was perfect. The place was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the ideal setting for both group activities and peaceful moments of relaxation. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service and support throughout our stay. Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Great house and a perfect stay for 4+ people. Would recommend not getting any water onto the floor as it gets unbelievably slippery. other than that it is well maintained and everything is of high quality and there are also amenities like cocktail shalers etc.

We had a great stay at the villa (20ppx) . The villa is very nice and comfortable, room are specious and clean. Pool is amazing. The host and their staffs are very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back.

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. Ik heb het 2 maanden uitstekend naar mijn zin gehad; volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Drinkwater wordt op bestelling bezorgd voor een bizar lage prijs. Wasmachines en droger op de begane grond, maar ik ging naar een laundry shop om de hoek. Achter het gebouw, van de grote weg af, ligt een leuke typisch Thaise wijk waar ik heerlijk door de kronkelige straatjes gewandeld heb

We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

Wir waren für 1 Monat in dieser Unterkunft. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns alles gefallen. Rapee ist ein sehr sympatischer und netter Gastgeber. Die Dinge (Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc), die uns gefehlt haben, hat Rapee uns sofort besorgt. Er war auch in anderen Sachen uns behilflich (medizinische Beratung). Das Einzige, was wir sehr vermisst haben waren die Moskito-Netze an den Fenster. Danke und alles Gute!

Prin est un hôte très gentil qui en plus de me communiquer pleins de bons plans à aussi était super arrangeant et m’a rendue de nombreux services, encore merci 🙏🏼 Je chercher un logement à proximité de l’école sunshine est c’était très bien, un lieu calme, excentré tous en gardant plusieurs bonne adresse à proximité. Je recommande a 100% 👍

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

We had a great stay at Kwan’s house.The location is extremely convenient—it's close to 7-Eleven, Makro Mall, and Maya Mall, making shopping and dining very easy. Big C and HomePro are just a 10-minute drive away, and transportation options are readily available, so getting around was hassle-free. The place itself is comfortable with enough beds, ensuring a good night’s sleep. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. If that gets fixed, this place would be perfect. It was quiet and good neighborhood. I love the lovely smell of flowers at the in front of house,especially in night time. Kwan is helpful,kind and responsive person. When I asked her anything, she gave the information about home right away. Overall, I recommend Kwan’s house for anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful stay in the area like your home . I wish I will get next chance to visit Kwan’s house again.

Beautiful house near oldtown. It was a very quiet and calm area, if you prefer. Private parking spot with a locked garage door was a big plus. It would be great if the living room seating was a little more comfortable.

Wir hatten einen einwandfreien Aufenthalt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Die ruhige Lage ist super. Man hat viel Privatsphäre und keine direkten Nachbarn außer ein paar Kühe. Alles gut auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
