Custom built with plant and farm lovers in mind, with greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can visit our farm during your stay to meet our livestock too. Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

Enjoy a 2nd pasture w/ 4 friendly goats; as well as 12 egg laying hens and an organic garden (seasonal) & 2 small creeks. A steep windy gravel road takes you up to high clearing on a private rocky property. Enjoy the abundance of outdoor activities nearby such as hiking, rafting, biking, horseback riding, ziplining and more! Located just minutes from downtown Marshall, an eclectic artsy town right on the French Broad river. 30 min scenic drive to Asheville.

Snowbird treehouse

A 10ftx10ft treehouse built around a hickory tree with a wood deck. It looks over a creek 30 feet below. There are electric switches/outlets and fan/oil heater. Climb a ladder to the sleeping loft with a standard full size bed. The loft has a peak high enough to stand up under. Cook outside on gas grill. No running water but there's a drinking water dispenser. The bathroom is a composting toilet and outdoor shower with solar tank at the end of a 25ft path, adjacent to the treehouse.
