We are an easy 12 minute drive to downtown Asheville; close to Weaverville, and hiking, mountain biking, paddling, Biltmore-ing, etc. This is a walk-out basement in our 3 level home. There is one bedroom and a living area that has a daybed with a trundle bed and an eating area with small fridge, microwave and a keurig.
