Information about the surrounding area and the unit will be provided. Walk to the latest downtown venues and jog round nearby parks from this location, directly across from the Richmond Visitors Center. Eastern Kentucky University is also convenient for here, while many places to eat and drink are on the doorstep.

This stable suite, featured in the hit series 50 States in 50 Days, is 1 of 5 suites attached to our barn, and very unique. A bedroom window looks directly into our goat’s stall! The private barn suite features a bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. There is a private entry and free parking. The suite comfortable sleeps 2 adults. Breakfast and a glass of Bourbon included. Centrally located in Richmond, KY with easy access to I-75. The house is a 6 minute drive to downtown Richmond and Eastern Kentucky University. A new park is 3 minutes away. Several grocery stores are close; 10 minute drive from restaurants and entertainment. The new Richmond Sports Complex and Lexington Sporting Club Youth Complex are an easy, short drive away. This charming house is great for a couple, two couples, or a family visiting the area! Guests breaking house rules will be vacated.

Relax in this tranquil mountain get away surrounded by nature. It is secluded in the woods yet close to many amenities. It’s 15 mins from the I75 exit in Berea KY and less than an hour south of Lexington KY. Places of interest like the Berea College Campus, Owsley Fork Lake, the Indian Fort “ Pinnacles” Hiking Trails and Anglin Falls are 10 minutes away. It’s a 30 minute drive to Renfro Valley and 75 minutes to the countless trails in Red River Gorge and Cumberland Falls State Resort Park.

Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

Cozy, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with a bohemian vibe featuring artwork and eclectic decor throughout the home. Berea College, Boone Tavern, galleries, shops and dining options nearby. The two bedrooms on the first level have comfortable queen size beds and a full bath with shower. The upstairs space is open with 2 full size beds divided by wall partitions. There is a bathroom with a small tub on the upper level. A deck out back. Basic TV stations and high-speed internet.

The Nelson House-Walk to EKU

This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University. This completely renovated apartment puts you within walking distance to campus as well as downtown. Granite countertop kitchen, complimentary coffee and snacks, and beautifully tiled bathroom.
