There are floor to ceiling windows surrounding half the apartment, allowing you to get all the light and the outside view if you wish so.It was built from scratch and combines recycled (made by us) materials with modern pieces. Located right in the heart of the quiet and beautiful town of Machico, its about 50 meters from the beach (rocky and sandy) door to door with great restaurants.The Airport 5 minutes away.

A 30’ o Paul da Serra, o Fanal onde pode deslumbrar se com a paisagem a flora, e os percursos pedestres.

Apartamento com vista soberba para o Oceano Atlântico; também fica perto de restaurantes e refeições, belas paisagens, praia, atividades para famílias, e vida noturna. O meu espaço é bom para casais, aventuras individuais, viajantes de negócios. Dispõem de duas camas e um sofá-cama, wc, sala de estar, kitchenette equipada com micro-ondas, frigorifico e fogão. A zona é tranquila, perto de restaurantes e a 5 minutos do Shopping, onde dispõem de um grande supermercado.

O estúdio tem cozinha e wc privados e um pequeno alpendre onde poderá descansar e jantar ao ar livre à luz das velas . A casa possui um jardim florido, uma pequena horta que são tratados sem agro-tóxicos e segundo alguns princípios da permacultura. Está localizado em Santo António Funchal, próximo de um grande centro comercial. Sistema de internet melhorado recentemente. Não possuímos sistema de aquecimento no quarto. Os espaços exteriores são partilhados.

This lovely apartment is in the heart of Santana, close to restaurants and a bakery. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). If you require the second room an extra charge of 25€ per night. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights. This cozy and minimalistic space is part of Dany’s house but it has an independent entrance to give all the privacy expected. With approximately 100 square meters this ample space allows you to enjoy sea and mountain views.
