A acomodação possui no quarto de dormir uma cama de casal para dois hóspedes, caso o hóspede queira mais uma cama, nomeadamente o uso do sofa como cama (capacidade para duas pessoas), terá que pagar um acréscimo de valor por noite para mais duas pessoas. O cliente deverá fazer o pedido de mais uma cama no momento que realiza a respectiva reserva, e efetuar o pagamento. Caso não haja este pedido e pagamento por parte do cliente na altura da reserva, não garantimos a cama extra na sua estadia.

Para poder desfrutar e interagir com a natureza na sua plenitude, retiramos dos abrigos todas as tecnologias, nomeadamente Wi-Fi e televisão. Apenas a receção tem Wi-fi. Os nossos abrigos ficam situados dentro do Parque Ecológico do Funchal, com uma área de 8 km2. O Parque possui vários percursos pedestres recomendados, Canyoning, um percurso de Enduro BTT, entre outras atividades.
