Your host freely shares his knowledge of the history and current events happening around town.

We are walking distance to the boat docks with a view of the harbor. We have a beautiful 4 season room at the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant, Molly Moo’s ice cream, and the downtown area. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. Weather permitting in spring and summer you can also enjoy the views of Little Traverse Bay from a private upper level deck.

Our rental is a five minute drive to Bryant Park Beach and a five minute drive to the Cherry Capital Airport.
