Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Light and cheery, private, ground level apartment with two bedrooms, a new bath and kitchenette (with cooktop, outdoor grill and convection oven added). Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Jamestown. A block from the water, walking distance to the Village and the Jamestown/Newport Ferry (stops at Ft. Adams) and half mile to the Newport Bridge. Enjoy the rural beauty of the jewel of Narragansett Bay with all that Newport has to offer just ten minutes away.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse steps from bike path. Walk to Main Street or ride bikes to beach. Perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.

Quiet and perfect for couples!
