Our 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom cottage is very spacious (3200 sq ft) and beautifully decorated, but warm and cozy. The main floor is open concept with lots of room for relaxing and eating together - a great room around a magnificent stone fireplace, a dining room with a wet bar, and a well-stocked eat-in kitchen. A huge deck overlooks the yard and the 170-foot lakefront including multiple beach areas with hard-packed sand. The lake is gradual entry, deep enough at the end of the long dock for diving.

Just steps from the water's edge, this a-frame cottage is nestled into a private cove on the picturesque Eagle Lake in the Almaguin Highlands. Our family's cherished space is available for families or couples (maximum 4 adults) to rest and rejuvenate. There is a Queen bed in one bedroom and a bunkbed in the other bedroom. However, a unique loft will offer the best view of the morning sunrise with a queen bed there too. A peddle boat and two kayaks with life jackets are included in the rental.

Built with care and completed in 2024, the cabin offers a warm, welcoming space for both quiet moments and outdoor adventures. Towels not supplied.

Outside there's a large deck with a table plus plenty of space to do yoga while you enjoy the view. In front of the house is a fire-pit. Lots of outdoors activities in both summer and winter like swimming, boating, ice fishing or just enjoying the beautiful nature. We also have 2 kayaks for guests to use!

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are features you will be sure to enjoy. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
