Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη γειτονιά στο χωριό των Ταξιαρχών, σε απόσταση 10km ανατολικά της πόλης των Τρικαλων,με όλους τους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς του θεσσαλικού καμπου εύκολα και γρήγορα προσβασιμους.

Calypso’s stone house

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

Alisachne consists of two old, stone buildings that have been renovated by the owner architect and offer accommodation in 5 traditionally furnished rooms to two up to fourteen guests. The buildings feature breathtaking view of the sea, which is just 3 km away. The nearby beaches of Elitsa, Analipsi and Ovrios are amid the most beautiful and naturally preserved in Pelion. The groundfloor of the main building includes one double bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and separate WC.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

Το σπίτι είναι 160 μέτρα διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια 2 μπάνια και μεγάλo σαλόνι με πλήρη εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. βρίσκεται στο κέντρο των Νέων Επιβατών 50 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και 150 μέτρα από την πλατεία. πολύ κοντά ότι χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης από ταβέρνες, καφέ,bar,super market και πολλά μαγαζιά. βρίσκεται 20 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης πού μπορείς εύκολα να μεταβείτε με λεωφορείο είτε με το καραβάκι από το λιμάνι.
