We liked the space because it was clean and comfortable. The property is inside a subdivision/village but we only stayed for a night, so the surroundings aren’t really an issue. It’s near a korean convenience store that’s open 24 hours, so we were able to buy some snacks. There are other nearby establishments like banks, and it’s close to SM Clark.

Tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. Neighborhood is quiet and safe at night. Ms. Milky is a great host and accommodating. We had a great stay!

We stayed at Goran's place the 4th time. Extra praise for the beds. Great mattresses!

The place was 5 minutes walking from the main street. It was quiet at night and there was a 7/11 nearby. The room was very big and had a comfortable couch to watch TV. The desk was also very useful to me, because I had to sit on my computer and so some work. I would stay again

This is the CLEANEST Airbnb I've been to in the Marquee Residences. The place was absolutely spotless. The unit is located on the 5th floor and faces the pool and the mountain, which gives it a nice view. The host has equipped the place with all the essentials and more, including cleaning supplies, detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. - I feel like the host, J, is trying to go above and beyond for her guests. All in all, a great stay, and I think one of the top 2 units at the Marquee. Thank you, J
