In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Het appartement, wat is opgezet als loft, is fraai vormgegeven en afgewerkt met mooie en duurzame materialen. Je kunt gebruik maken van het heerlijke natuurzwembad dat in de zomer en winter beschikbaar is, gelegen in de grote (gedeelde) tuin. De drukte vlakbij en de rust en natuur direct beschikbaar :)

Onderaan deze oase van rust, aan een gezellig pleintje, ligt ons huis. De landelijke wijk St. Pieter leent zich perfect voor een wandeling of fietstocht in het groen. Binnen 10 min. lopen bereikt u het historisch stadscentrum. In de wijk bruist het van restaurants en eetcafé's. Ook vindt u er een buurtcentrum met een supermarkt etc.

In het Jekerkwartier, dichtbij het Centrum, in een van de oudste delen van de stad waar het riviertje de "Jeker" onder de staat doorloopt, bevindt zich ons, zeer rustig gelegen, woning. Doormiddel van een smalle trap komt u op de 2e etage waar zich de keuken, woonkamer, toilet en de eerste slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden bevinden. Op de 3e etage treft u de tweede slaapkamer met twee eenpersoons bedden, badkamer zonder toilet maar met inloop douche, twee wastafels en een wasmachine.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 7 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €3,80 each a night.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
