Tijdens je verblijf in dit ruime appartement kom je helemaal tot rust. Op de binnenplaats is ruimte voor 2 auto's. In de gezamelijke tuin is een trampoline en klimrek. De woonkamer heeft een tv, en pelletkachel. De badkamer heeft een royale douche. In de keuken is een magnetron/oven + vaatwasser aanwezig. De woning heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een tweepersoons slaapbank met comfortabele topper. Ideaal voor lange verblijven zijn de wasmachine en droger. Op beide verdiepingen is airconditioning.

De studio heeft een aparte kleine slaapkamer (bed is 140 breed), badkamer met douche en woonkamer met kitchenette. Er is een tuin met ligbedden, een zwembad (verwarmd vanaf de buiten temperatuur + 20 graden is (in principe vanaf april tot november). De jacuzzi is het hele jaar verwarmd. Er is een gemeenschappelijke ruimte en een klein jaren '30 café, hier kunt u eventueel ontbijten.
