Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan hier heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

La maison est située dans une propriété sécurisée, avec parking, un petit jardin privé à l'avant de la maison. Le village est calme à proximité de Tournai, Courtrai et Lille.

Il se situe à 1,2 km de la gare et l'accès à l'autoroute est proche. Des grandes surfaces se trouvent dans un rayon d'un kilomètre. Vous avez tout le confort d'une habitation récente (chaleur, wifi ....). Leuze se trouve entre Mons et Tournai et le parc "Pari Daiza" est à 15 km. Bruxelles et Lille sont à un heure de route via l'autoroute.
