A beautiful home in a wonderful location. This home had everything you needed.

Our multi-generational group of 7 was very happy at Rachel's place! The home was spacious, updated, and looked just like the pictures. The location was also superb - less than a block away from Washington Park. Rachel communicated clearly and proactively. This property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay there again! Overall, one of our best Airbnb experiences!

Great house and host! We did Easter here as a family and the house was great for kids. Spacious with games and plenty of beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need as well. Highly recommend!

This place was super well stocked and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Running a few STRs ourselves, we actually took many great ideas with us to make our own rentals better! The design and setup was very well thought out. If we ever get back to Denver we will for sure be trying to book this place again!

This is a beautiful home in a an even more beautiful location! The views are incredible and everything in the home was clean, modern, and as described. We felt so spoiled with those hot tub views, cozy fireplace, private patios for each master suite, movie/game room and a stellar kitchen! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We are saving this home for future repeat vacations and have recommended it to some friends and family as well!

This cabin was peaceful, beautifully decorated and located next to a national forest! It was the perfect mountain getaway for my friends and I to spend quality time together. The living room was the perfect place to sit together, drink coffee, and enjoy the view. It came with a fire burning stove, two fridges, and a deck with grill. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and gave detailed instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed visiting Nederland, CO, a small mountain Colorado town with the feel of towns 30 years ago. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone wanting an escape with friends and pets.

Amazing house and amenities close to Golden and Red Rocks. This dog friendly house is super clean and well thought out when it comes to the guest experience. The big back yard is great for hanging out and letting your doggos play (fully fenced in). Hosts are amazing and even let us know that we could check in early if we wanted to. Will definitely be back.

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

Jill's home was very comfortable & spacious for our group of 8. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, as well as the proximity to lots of restaurants & grocery stores. Also, our hosts were very quick to respond to all of our questions- definitely a place that we would be interested in staying at again!

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

The Wapiti townhouse was absolutely perfect for my family’s stay in Fraser! Spectacular views of Winter Park resort, the Fraser River Valley, and its surrounding peaks plus all the amenities you could need. The wraparound deck was perfect for the one sunny day that we had during our stay, and the working wood fireplace was great for the snowy nights. Plenty of space for a large group and games to keep you entertained. Easy access to snowboarding, the snow tubing hill, and many more activities. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Great for a girls weekend! Split level house for those that want to go to bed or sing and laugh away Into the night. Everything was very clean and esthetic, will be a great place for the summer!
