Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes in The New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but hosts are close by to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm with a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

Lymore Orchard is the perfect place for a getaway for 2. The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Hideaway 1

Hideaway 1 is set in a secluded part of grounds of a Jacobean Manor House, my gardens used to be formal, but now they are semi-wild. Deer, Badgers, Foxes & the odd duck, going down the stream, if you’re lucky enough to see them. Hideaway 1 is about 20min walk from Milford on Sea, which has a stunning coastline, & lots of cafe’s & restaurants also pubs. All of which you can see on Milford on Sea website. All my guests are welcome to walk round my grounds at their own risk. Very quite.

Private, spacious, garden room with king size bed, and lounge area , large modern shower room. own entrance. Recently re-furbished . We' re in the New Forest, as little as 4 mins on foot to fabulous forest walks and trails. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance ( The White Hart, The Coach and Horses, Le Chateau Bistro.) 4 miles to Lyndhurst, Highcliffe castle beach, Steamer Point, Mudeford approx 30 mins drive. Southampton, Salisbury .Bournemouth all close by.

Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College, are looking for a relaxing time near the water or as a base to explore further afield. The New Dairy has off road parking and easy access 24/7 Pubs, restaurants, takeaways and a Coop are within easy walking distance You will be welcomed with a complimentary basket that includes continental breakfast supplies.

The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pilley is a self contained unit comprising of a bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen/diner and a lounge. It is in the grounds of Cherrytree cottage with access to the large bottom half of the garden including use of the summerhouse and loungers. The Lodge has a designated parking spot off road within the grounds of Cherrytree cottage.
