A much loved traditional and contemporary recently refurbished listed townhouse. We have amazing sea views of Lyme Bay and the Jurrasic coastline from the garden. Our house is situated centrally within an easy walking distance from seafront, beaches, car parks and town. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. Little Firs is situated within the grounds of The Firs, which is set in 5 acres of woodland, gardens and Orchard offering peace and quietude, it has superb far reaching country views. Little Firs is located on the fringes of a beautiful village of Kilmington in East Devon on the border of Dorest. The hut has been built and individually designed by ourselves.
