Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

The studio is walking distance to the beaches, seaside, beautiful coastal walks along the Jurassic coastline and the Cobb with its famous harbour. There are cafes, pubs, restaurants, a theater, mill, museum, fishing trips, shops, and lots of events to enjoy. Our accommodation is a light airy self contained ground floor studio, with parking to the front and its own access to the side. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet location close to Lyme Regis town center.

It is in a very quiet rural location up a private lane but within 15mins walking distance of the beautiful town and seafront of Lyme Regis. Moggy's Place is a two bedroom, maisonette flat spread across two floors. While being extremely central to Lyme Regis, it is tucked away enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the town and beach. Ideally located for lovers and explorers of the Jurassic Coast. The flat has been lovingly restored and renovated to be a wonderful, cosy, seaside home with an outside seating area. The town's high street is a minutes walk away, with the beach being a stones throw further.

Everything in the town is just minutes away but there are no roads nearby and so it is very peaceful. With lovely views from the patio garden across the town towards Black Venn cliffs.
