Centrally located close to the Forests highlights including, Puzzlewood, Cannop Ponds, Forest of Dean Cycle Centre, Dean Forest Railway, Mallards Pike, Wenchford Picnic Area, Beechenhurst and the Sculpture Trail. Just a short drive from Symonds Yat, Lydney Harbour, and Wye Valley

Lambsquay House - Apartment One
Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The loft is a perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to relax whilst overlooking the glorious panoramic forest view. The accommodation is compact comprising a silent night double bed, sofa, shower and toilet room, kitchenette with microwave, fridge / freezer and TV. The loft is ideally situated for forest walks, bike riding or enjoying any one of the attractions within the forest of dean. Please add dogs to the booking if bringing them.

Nestled in rolling hills with 40 acres of private tracks, fields, streams, woodland and ancient lime kilns to explore, this rural hideaway is popular with walkers, cyclists and those just wishing to escape the mass media or hustle and bustle of everyday life. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the great outdoors as you toast some marshmallows over the fire pit, say hello to the pet sheep and soak up the sights and sounds of birds, wildlife and sunsets in this peaceful relaxing retreat.

Valleyside Annexe
Our annexe is a detached converted garage with living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom upstairs and a downstairs shower room. It has a private entrance with its own patio and outside dining space and beautiful views over the stunning Wye Valley. Plenty of walks are on the doorstep and there is a village pub, shop, castle and playground less than 10 minutes walk from the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome (£10 per dog) We are always in contact for any questions you may have.

Forest of Dean, The Old Chapel
In the Forest of Dean, the Old Chapel is situated next to woodland with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. The chapel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, character and charm. An abundance of pine cladding on walls and ceilings give a wonderful feeling of warmth and relaxation. The floors are original pine. Candles in the evening and a beast of a woodburner makes this an incredibly relaxing place to be. Something a little bit different.

Wake up to the sound of bird song and enjoy the serenity of this charming dog friendly cottage nestled in Alvington. Explore The Forest of Dean with its countless walking and cycling trails, where there is the opportunity to see wild boar, pine martens and deer. Perfectly positioned to discover Tintern Abbey, FOD Steam Railway, Symonds Yat and the stunning Wye valley. Great pubs and eateries. This is a retreat for nature lovers and adventurers rather than shoppers.

Tuckers Lodge
We are situated less than a mile away from the village of St Briavels. We are fairly rural, so what 3 words is a great way to find us, they are: endlessly.balance.drummers Saint Briavels is a vibrant little village in the Forest of Dean, on the edge of the beautiful Wye Valley. It has an inn, a deli, a church and a castle. A monthly farmers' market is held in the village on the first Saturday morning of every month, where you can buy a whole range of local produce.

We are on the edge of the village of Bream and you can access the forest from the lane opposite, straight down a path and you're into the woods. It's a great spot for walking and mountain biking. We live in the cottage next door and share the off road parking.
