Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!

Lenah Valley Retreat - Beautiful Annex

Beautiful annex in a peaceful garden, near to the chic restaurants and cafés of trendy North Hobart. The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. Come Stay with Us We have a lovely little self contained cottage, nice & cosy with 1 double bed verandah to sit and enjoy the garden Located in Moonah, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bottle shops, supermarkets etc. A bike ride along the bike track to the city or out to Mona. A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises

Connie the Caravan: a private getaway

Connie is a vintage caravan positioned perfectly among the poplar trees to give guests a little hideaway to relax and enjoy themselves. Connie can sleep up to two adults with a proper innerspring mattress. A bathroom with shower and toilets is very close by, as is a kitchen guests can use if required. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plates, microwave and dishwasher.
