It is situated within walking distance to Portrane Beach, local shop, public house and sit-in fish and chip shop. The area is quiet with picturesque scenery. It is close to Rogerstown Estuary which is home to a bird reserve. It is a 15 minute drive from Dublin Airport. There is a bus stop outside which can bring you to Donabate train station and Swords Village.,

The guesthouse contains a large double bedroom, office space, bathroom, and open plan kitchen / living area downstairs. Free WiFi available during your stay.
