Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Designed and built by local craftsmen, with no near neighbours. Private, off grid wood fired hot tub adjacent to the hut ( logs supplied). Boasts amazing views over open farmland, a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Close to Polzeath beach which is a 25 minute walk across the golf course.. Luxury interior, mini kitchen ( no oven), ensuite bathroom ( yes, inside the Hut!), wood burning stove, and comfy double bed . Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

Off grid Shepherds hut with amazing sea views and wood fired hot tub. located on our farm overlooking Port Quin bay, a short walk to the sea, located between Port Isaac and Polzeath. The hut was hand built on our 400 acre, sheep, beef and arable farm. The hut is situated with a great sea view, a 5 minute walk from car access across one of our sheep grazing fields. Bring your wellies for the field and flip flops for the beach! We also run a wood fired Sauna cabin at Port Quin if Saunas your thing

Welcome to outside the box PQ. This space is a fully off grid container cabin, built by myself. The cabin faces west and south, with sea views and an abundance of natural light. You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. A gas hot water system and hobs for cooking. Set a long way from any buildings you will have total privacy. Located a 10min walk from the coast and Port Quin harbour

Sail Loft, Self contained private access studio.

The Sail Loft is a contemporary, new one double bedroom loft apartment, a short stroll from Daymer Bay and very conveniently located for the Surfers beach at Polzeath and a short drive to Rock. Located at the end of a private drive, with parking and a private entrance. Private outside space with BBQ, seating and sunloungers to sit out and enjoy those peaceful moments. Perfect for those who are seeking a restful break with home comforts within easy access to the beautiful North Cornish coast.

If you want to relax and enjoy great walks along the coastal path to Port Isaac,(about 2 hours) or Padstow (about 1 1/2 hours) then this is the flat for you. If you enjoy surfing Polzeath is one of Cornwall's premier surf beaches. It is great for body boarding too. The lifeguards are on duty all through the summer and at weekends too. You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.

No.4 Tidesreach Polzeath

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.

Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

The Parlour is part of the Roserrow farmhouse

The Parlour is a cosy and historic part of the larger property The Farmhouse. It has its own front door and is separated from the family home by a locked door. The Parlour is ideal for a couple wishing to explore all that North Cornwall has to offer. It is situation a short walk from the coastal paths and the glorious beaches of Polzeath and Daymer bay. There are excellent restaurants and wonderful leisure facilities at The Point golf course.
