Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök/vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt kvarter en kort promenad från Lund C, universitet och grönområden. Sovrummen finns i nedre plan med ett rymligt badrum samt ytterligare en separat toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
