Excellent views from our cheerful house by the sea

Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2/3 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

Lawton Cottage: cosy, wood-fuelled rural seclusion

Lawton Cottage offers seclusion on the edge of a farm. Set within the grounds of Fernie Castle a beautiful authentic Treehouse with 6 living Trees growing and thriving. Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

Perfect for walking and cycling in a beautiful part of Angus with Arbroath around 3 miles away and Montrose around 7 miles. Located just off the Arbroath to Montrose Cycle route.

Scottish Countryside Bothy

A newly renovated Scottish bothy, set in the grounds of a listed Mill building in the Angus country side. Just a five minute drive or 25 minute walk to the spectacular Lunan Bay. The bothy consists of an open plan dining and living area, one bedroom with king size bed, and a mezzanine level with two singles which can also be joined together to form a super king. It's a lovely bright and cosy building with underfloor heating and a modern kitchen.
