Really enjoyed this peaceful retreat. Road is a little rough, but worth the drive. There is a TV and DVD player, but have to bring your own DVDs. The pictures are accurate. The Bamboo Inn has everything you need for an enjoyable stay!

SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE WE HAD A COMFORTABLE STAY THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN THE AREA WAS PEACEFUL SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS SHE GAVE US RECOMMENDATIONS TO LOCAL PLACES I WILL DEFINITELY LOVE TO STAY AGAIN I GIVE THIS PLACE AND MRS AVANETTA A 10/10

Terri's place exceeded our expectations. She was gracious and kind. The home felt familiar and comfortable, like that of family. You could feel the warmth and love of memories made over generations in this farmhouse. Everything was clean, well arranged and organized. This rental hits the spot if you're looking for a peaceful, serene, secluded farmhouse with everything to bring a family together. Thank you, Terri!

Easter weekend was not our first booking at this perfect location and will certainly not be our last. My two and a half year old grandson loves the huge yard where he plays with his bubble machines, visits the pond, or just runs around the gently rolling front yard. there is so much to see and do at this home. Maybe your visit will line up with the hatching birds in the nest hidden in the front door wreath!!!

This is our third year returning! What an amazing place. Our group of friends does an annual get away weekend each year and Gator Dogs has become our second home. Now that we are older and have young kids, this venue has us covered. Explore the woods, do some fishing. Check! Shoot some pool and watch the game. Check! Throw down and cook/grill. Man, this is your place has you covered. We will be back! The hosts, fantastic. They make you feel like family. Can’t wait to return.

I stayed in the cottage for just over a week. The house was clean and quite spacious for being just one bedroom. There is TONS of storage - a large dresser in the bedroom, two large closets, bookshelves with room for your own stuff, and a large cabinet in the dining area just outside the kitchen. The desk and recliner were much appreciated as well. The cottage sits behind a larger house which is also a vacation rental, and there is a RV on the property which seems to have full-time residents. These are both enough of a distance away that privacy is not compromised. The previous reviewer mentioned having an issue with flies in the kitchen area, but we had no flies or other insects so that has apparently been addressed. My only wish would be for the cottage to have a somewhat larger sofa in the living room. That's a small concern and I'd stay here again without hesitation.

We only spent one night with a few family members. The home was very clean and in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the back porch and listening to the birds sing. We were there for a family wedding but will definitely stay here again if we ever visit the area again.

if you like camping, but you want running water a toilet and a shower and a comfortable bed. This is a place for you. You’re still going to be bothered by your regular pest that you would have outside but not nearly as much and there is Internet, but it’s out in the country so I hope you would enjoy the surroundings instead of trying to be online!
