The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). Modern river house, midnight sun, northern light!

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. Enjoy fantastic nature,sea,northern lights, walk on the ice without disturbing lights from the city. Sauna or why not a bath. About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Remember that you are renting our home, we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived❤️ For questions you are welcome to contact us. Huset ligger på Hällbacken i Luleås nya bostadsområde, nära naturen med fina motionsspår, 1 km till badstranden. Det finns sovplats till 4 personer, dubbelsäng (140) och madrasser på loftet. Parkeringsplats framför huset.
