Wir hatten als Familie (eine Tochter, 4 Jahre) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Pinemarten Chalet. Die Unterkunft ließ von Ausstattung und Lage nichts zu wünschen übrig und war idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen in den südlichen Highlands. Mit dem Mietwagen sind viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleinere Shops aller Art beim Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, größerer Supermarkt in Killin), Startpunkte für Wanderungen und andere Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Der kleine Laden im Portnellan Holiday-Park (mit mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Größen) bietet zudem auf kurzem Fußweg das Nötigste auch auf kurzem Fußweg und Ausleih-Möglichkeiten für Bücher, Spiele und Filme. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, der Blick auf den Ben More von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit und bei (fast) jedem Wetter einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Lucy und Cameron klappte hervorragend, sogar Eier von Enten und Hühnern konnten direkt bestellt werden ;). We'll be back!

Loch Lomond Chalet

The chalet was absolutely beautiful with everything you need! Was such a cozy home in a beautiful location, couldn’t have asked for anything better! Doreen was so helpful and made sure we have a safe and easy check in, thankyou very much again and hope to be able to come back soon!

What a lovely apartment with fabulous views.our hosts were both welcoming and helpful even providing some groceries on arrival and a welcome bottle of wine not to mention Ingredients for our Scottish breakfast

Cardwell Bay Gourock

Had fantastic time in Lisa's flat even with Storm Eowyn keeping us indoors on the Friday. This is the second time I have booked it the first being for my son, daughter & son-in-law for my father's funeral. This time it was for my sister and myself. Can't complement it enough and its a lovely place to stay between Greenock and Gourock. We will use it the next time we visit Scotland.

A fabulous property, beautiful decorated, you feel right at home. The location is ideal, not far from the ferry terminal and a great base for exploring the island. Jane has lovely touches throughout the property. We would definitely stay again when visiting Arran.

myself and my partner had a well needed few nights away at Woodlands riverbeds. the surroundings are gorgeous and thr hosts are responsive, not to mention the nice little touches such as breakfast delivered to your lodge each morning of your stay!

Very nice cottage with a stunning view on the lake. Lovely, big Garden with rabbits. The cottage was very clean, super well equipped and decorated. It had various sorts of tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, oil, vinegar and spices, and Undine had even left a big box of shortbreads for us. The communication with her was very easy and all Information about our stay easily accessible. We will recommend it to our friends !

Cosy 2 Bedroom Chalet #1 Upper Tobermory

The 1 Island Cabins was in a great location with parking on site. It was a cosy comfortable place to say for 4 nights. The Isle of Mull is a wonderful spot to explore. I can recommend Vanessa's place I would stay there again.

Dan was a great host and his place is just as described. Lots of good beaches and things for the children to do are not too far away. Its a shame that the bridge over the railway line to the beach is closed but this is beyond Dan's control.!

Coachman's Bothy - 50m from the beach

A lovely converted farm building nestled in a picturesque location with far-reaching views of the loch and mountains beyond. Striking distance (relatively speaking!) to Oban heading south and heading north - Fort William. Top-notch food available nearby at the Airds Hotel, Port Appin and the Old Inn. Ralph couldn't be more responsive to messages and the on-site estate worker (and family!) couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay! Kinlochleven is a charming village. The mountian views from the garden were amazing. The house itself was very well equipped with everything that you could need. The only disappointment was the hot tub was no longer in use which had not been communicated to us and left me with some very disappointed boys. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at the house. Everything was nice and clean and it has a front garden that gets the sun all evening which was nice to sit out in. Short walking distance to the centre of Oban too. Highly recommend!

Bluebell Cabin

A great place for a peaceful getaway. The cabin itself is lovely and can fit a surprisingly large amount of people. All the facilities you could need with the. Backdrop of Loch Awe and Ben Cruachan in the background. I would definitely return.
