Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Tolle Doppelhaushälfte mit großem Garten und zwei Parkplätzen. Ruhig gelegen und 5 Minuten vom Genfersee entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Erlebnisse wie der Swiss Vapeur Parc, Aqua Parc, Bergtouren und vieles mehr. Der Ort "Bouveret" hat eine Menge zu bieten und ist traumhaft gelegen, direkt an der französischen Grenze. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein bisschen älter, aber es funktioniert alles und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Die Küche ist komplett neu. Wir finden es sehr gemütlich 😊

Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
