Cozy Country Cottage

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

The house is a mile south of downtown Sherman in an eclectic walkable neighborhood. The stately homes of Heritage Row are just a few blocks away. Austin College is less than a two mile drive.

Glamping Getaway with a great view of the pond!

We are located just outside the city limits on a country road with beautiful fields and a small catch and release fishing pond. We have 2 acres with our home on 1 acre and the RV on the other acre. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and we are only 20 minutes from Lake Texoma. We have a hammock, a fire pit with chairs, and a Gazebo by the pond with a table for 2. Our goal is to create a place for you to rest, relax, and have fun!
