Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

We are located just outside the city limits on a country road with beautiful fields and a catch and release fishing pond. We have 2 acres with our home on 1 acre and the RV on the other acre. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and we are only 20 minutes from Lake Texoma. We have a hammock, a fire pit with chairs, and a Gazebo by the pond with a table for 2.
