We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The living room and bedrooms bask in the sun!

You'll have a great time at this cozy waterfront cabin. All the comforts of home including full bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen with full-size fridge and stove. Vintage Enterprise wood cook stove, ample dining space, wifi, TV, Netflix, heat pump, BBQ, and tranquil waterfront on the Taxis River. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds consisting of a double on the bottom and a twin up top. Living room couch converts to a queen size bed. Outdoor patio and a firepit!

Spend a night, a week, or a month at this self-contained apartment unit in downtown Fredericton. Newly constructed and tastefully decorated, this comfy haven features a large living space with sectional sofa, 65" TV, electric fireplace, wet bar with sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, bar table and stools, and a pool table. Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
