The cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms one with a king bed and the other a queen. Upstairs in the loft is a full and two twin beds. It has spectacular views of Kentucky’s rolling hills as it looks out across the valley. This treehouse was hand built and handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

The corvette museum, beech bend park, WKU, shopping, restaurants, mammoth cave national Park, Nolan lake, cave city, and Kentucky down under are only a short drive away from the farm! Unique features include: a fire-pit, a barn that can house horses, and a front porch that provides a perfect view of the sunset daily!

The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese, farmstead cheese made right here on our farm and you have a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our brand new apartments directly above the dairy barn.
