A safe box is provided. The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchenette is well-equipped for self-catering. There is a Smart TV and Bluetooth USB speaker . Games , and puzzles. A stainless steel outdoor braai.and wood is available. The unit is pet friendly with a private garden for children and pets . A a jacuzzi in the garden that can be used at an additional fee by advance notice. Secure parking is available and is protected by CCtv cameras. The property owner has a hair salon on the premises and guests can book ladies and gents cuts and perms.

The Pioneer Cottage is one of three antique shearer cottages situated on a working merino farm. This stone cottage offers sleeping space for a family of 4. It has a traditional "out-house" a few metres from the cottage with views and privacy that is quant and utterly charming. The asbosskerm under the Mesquite tree is perfect for an al-frasco dinner or braai. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at The Yard Farmtable.
