The cozy, quiet room is located on the 2nd floor. It is especially suitable for students or researchers who need a calm place to live and study. S-Bahn and two bus lines are within a 7-minute walk. The airport, Freising, Garching, Munich city centre and TUM can be reached in about 30 min. Guests may prepare vegetarian meals in the kitchen. Shops, restaurants and daily amenities are nearby. We share the house with a nice dog. If our schedule allows, we offer a free airport pickup or drop-off.

Our cottage is quietly located near the town centre, between the main square and the A94 motorway. Munich, Passau, Salzburg and Lake Chiemsee are easily accessible by car. A nearby destination is Burghausen Castle, and even day trips to the mountains can be planned from here. Swimming lakes, supermarkets & petrol stations are all close by. A guest handbook in the house provides all important information about the accommodation, house rules, restaurants, local attractions and emergency contacts.
