Barbara communicated with us very well. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to public transportation, and it was nice to have a nearby market. We would definitely recommend this place!

Susanne war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig, mit großem, hellen Badezimmer und einer super Küche. Die Lage ist ideal für die Anreise mit dem Auto von Westen. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße und Parktickets an der Rezeption. Die U3 Station Ottakring in Richtung Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Flexibilität bei Checkin und Checkout war sehr entgegenkommend, danke! An der Baustelle gegenüber wird am Wochenende nicht gearbeitet. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Fantastic stay. Apartment has everything you need and more. Close to VIC station. I’d definitely prefer to book this place next time I visit Vienna.

Schöne und ansprechende Wohnung im 12ten. Sauber und gepflegt, hell und gut ausgestattet. Ansprechendes Badezimmer und gute Betten. Fotos und Beschreibungen entsprechen der Realität. Wir sind gerne für 10 Tage dort gewesen und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Had a really good stay - location was fab as it was a 10-15min walk to city centre, metro and tram links nearby as well. Apartment was very spacious for two of us, and in a nice building. Only slight point to note is that on Saturday nights, there are three nightclubs close by and the music could be heard in the apartment until after midnight. Bring earplugs 🙃

Cool apartment in a great location. Check in was easy and the host was very professional, accommodating and kind. Everything you would need for short or long term stays. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this location! It was the perfect amount of space with a fully stocked kitchen. We were able a walk to many sites and enjoyed how clean the home was. We were very comfortable here. The quick response is helped. Everything run smooth for us and that was extra appreciated. Thank you!

Stay was great. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped. Terrace is nice especially in the morning when sun is rising. Overall, apartment was clean but it had traces of wear (especially walls which were having luggage marks on them from other guests).

Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

Wir haben als Gruppe zu dritt in der Unterkunft gewohnt und fanden sie perfekt für eine Gruppe - in unserem Fall hatte sogar jeder ein eigenes Zimmer! Wer 'daheim' kochen will hat auch eine super ausgestattete Küche und vor allem bei warmem Wetter sitzt man im Hof sehr gemütlich. Nur bei schlechterem Wetter könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum fehlt (Sofa steht am Rand in der Küche). Sonst wirklich alles prima!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Wir haben das Osterwochenende mit unserem kleinen Sohn in Dominik’s Wohnung in Heinrichsreith verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dominik und seine Familie waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage mitten in der Natur ist ein Traum. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Hanni's Farbscheune. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben - ruhig & perfekt zum Entspannen. Hanni war immer erreichbar & vor allem der kostenfreie Radverleih hat uns sehr erfreut, da wir somit einfach & schnell die Stadt erkunden konnten. Bei Fragen war Hanni immer erreichbar & auch sonst haben wir uns immer nett mit ihr und ihrer Familie unterhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der schönen Waldheimat hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen! - Unsere gesamte Familie hat eine unvergesslich tolle Zeit dort verbracht und es hat uns wirklich an NICHTS gefehlt! - Das Haus war in seiner Aufteilung und Großzügigkeit einfach perfekt für uns und unsere Kinder! - Großes Plus geht an die urige Gemütlichkeit & Sauberkeit des Hauses! (Besonders das Spielzimmer hat es uns unglaublich angetan und war ein ganz großes Highlight für Groß & Klein :)) Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und werden uns immer an dieses unvergesslich schöne Wochenende am Semmering erinnern!

Super logement à Vienne, quartier très calme, proche de la ligne D en tram, du métro U1 et du bus. Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Beau parquet. Arrivée flexible, c'était top!

The place just same as the photos, just on the main shopping street and the underground is just nearby. You can take the U bahn, S bahn or the bus to anywhere. Ronen and his partner are both quick responses and friendly people. Highly recommended to everyone still looking for a place to stay.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for our party of 4. It is conveniently located a short walk from the Metro station and tram stop with connections to the city. There are a couple of supermarkets close by too. Beds were very comfortable too. Stefan was an amazing host, super fast in responding to messages and even when we had an issue with hot water it was fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend and we’ll stay again if we’re ever back to Vienna.

Les indications données sont précises et efficaces : arrivée aisée dans le logement qui est très fonctionnel. Calme absolu durant la nuit et bon emplacement pour aller dans le centre où flâner sur les berges du canal. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins ! Merci à eux !

We had a fantastic stay at Liliana and Micheal’s apartment in Vienna! The location is perfect—very close to the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautiful, with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable visit. Check-in was smooth and straightforward.
