Enjoy this peaceful retreat with views of a mature forest and the San Francisco Peaks! Deer and elk graze across the ravine outside your bedroom window, and hummingbirds drink nectar from the abundant wildflowers. This is a really special spot! Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. Snow Bowl, Sedona, and the GC are not too far from us, along with many other day trip hikes and destinations. We love this place! Come join us!

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

Our home is off the alley and quiet with private parking. There's an open living room, kitchen and dining area with a roll up door. This opens to a private patio and yard area with two large Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The bed room has a high-end latex foam mattress and a fold down futon couch. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of storage for gear with 220V EV plug-in
