Cozy Mountain Casita w/Amazing Soaking Tub

This locally owned casita suite, flooded with light on two sides, is a fantastic place for a getaway. The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, pans, wine glasses, tea, and coffee. Guests are welcome to use the flagstone patio with grill and seating area or the back deck. These are common spaces, also used by us or other guests. The apartment has a private entrance but is connected to our house, so you may hear our kiddo in the am/pm Our $0 cleaning fee applies to stays of 1 or 2 nights only.

This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

Peaceful Private Studio in Quiet Neighborhood

Private entrance and you have the studio to yourself. Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker available. Private shed with lock to store bikes and snow gear. Easy 15 minute walk to downtown and minutes to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. No TV but we have great wifi Sleeps 2 in bed and 2 on futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter.
