Peaceful, relaxed home just miles to Iroquois Park, the airport, Churchill Downs, U of L and St. James. Downtown, Germantown & the Highlands are less than 15 minutes away, while Frankfort Ave. and the riverfront are about 20ish. Registered guests are invited to share my living room, kitchen/dining room, fenced in backyard with a firepit available and grill. I am always happy to share info about local restaurants and things to do, but will do my best to be "invisible" unless you need me.

We are 5 blocks from Iroquois Park and just 2.3 miles to Churchill Downs and University of Louisville. I have kayaks you may rent as well as a regular and an electric bike to rent. Mugsy's bunk house is cute as can be! While small in size, it's big on amenities and charm! It sleeps 7, and is complete with kitchenette, full bath and outdoor living room w/ couch & TV. Includes a hammock, table, firepit/chairs and charcoal grill. 2 add'l shared bathrooms avail. It is near our small fishing pond(no swimming). Our newest airstream is the Yaya. She is lovingly named after our owner Val's late mom. Yaya has all the modern comforts & amenities! It can sleep 3 adults.
