Cutest town house in a lovely area. Fostered for a perfectly peaceful and joyful stay in NOLA, walkable, next to a great cafe, not too far but far enough from the craze of the french quarter. Super clean and comfortable space. Highly recommend! Thank you Jackie!

The apartment was just as described “ charming and luxurious” and Tonyas attention to detail is flawless. We are currently remodeling our home in Lake Charles and needed a strategic apartment for work and my children’s school, this place allows you to get anywhere in lake Charles in minutes. The apartment has all the amenities needed with high-end products and thoughtful touches. Tonya and Mark are amazing they knew my children would be staying with me and they added children’s reading books and toys which made the transition even easier for my kids. Unfortunately, Lake Charles was hit by category four hurricane but before its arrival Tonya and Mark, were in constant communication offering advice and preparation supplies. We ultimately evacuated before the storms arrival, after Tonya and Mark still reached out making sure we were in a safe place. I will most certainly be returning to Lake Charles to finish rebuilding; as well as, stay with Mike and Tonya in the near future. Thank you guys

Shannon's place was exactly what we were looking for with our visit. It was in a great neighbourhood with plenty of things close enough to walk including the Streetcar and it was easy for Uber drivers to find. It is close to the garden district which provided quiet and beautiful walks every night and most mornings. Shannon's place was clean and had everything we needed for our week long visit. Shannon was responsive and helpful and offered recommendations when we asked.

There kitchen was spacious, well furnished. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfortable. the bathroom clean and nicely decorated. the entire place was interesting architectually and had character. Location was superb, right off Frenchmens Street. This is a great place to stay!

Super place, the balcony was a surprisingly nice touch. The parking has me worried (description sounded like it was down the road) before I got there and realized it was right near the door; it was just the access to get behind the unit was a couple of units away. Modernized, clean, quiet, and the ac was super!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The cozy home was charming and exactly as described in the listing. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking meals after a day ooy. The location was peaceful, providing a perfect escape from city life. The hosts were wonderful, providing quick responses and helpful local recommendations for. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Baton Rouge. Place was very close to LSU. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Michael was a great host by providing clear instructions and helped give local recommendations. House was comfortable and very comfortable for the stay.

Perfect spot for the Jazzfest! A quick lyft ride/40 minute walk to the french quarter, with the greenway path so close it was also a very easy and safe bike ride. Clean home with basic amenities. Super delicious bagels and convenient Whole Food grocery store nearby. Would definitely book again!

Calm & safe area to stay around. As women who travel alone we Felt at ease through the night nothing to worry for.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here! Everything was so nice and comfortable. Sheree was very easy to work with and extremely kind, reaching back out to let me know I had left something behind. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We had a minor issue with the master bathroom tub, but Rusty was incredibly responsive—he had a plumber out the very next day to address it. His attentiveness and accommodating nature made our stay even better.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s condo. It is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a grocery store. The area felts extremely safe, even at night. The place was clean and comfortable and accommodated all of our needs. Eric was super responsive and was flexible when an unexpected personal issue challenged us. We are regular Airbnb guests and this is one of our best experiences.

Can’t say enough about this place. Exquisitely decorated, pristinely clean. I am very impressed, and got some redecorating ideas, myself, from this stay. Cannot wait to go back!

This Airbnb is a great alternative to any of the hotels in Ruston. Especially considering that there were four of us, it was very cost effective. We had a full kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and dining table where we could all visit but also could go to another room to get away for privacy, too.
