Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Quiet- Beautiful- Spacious 2nd story with views of the Countryside, Southwest Mountains and Blue Ridge. Guests have walked to Barboursville and Barn 678 Vineyards. 25 minutes from Charlottesville. 11 wineries, 2 breweries & 1 Cidery within 10 miles. 40 minutes to the Shenandoah National Park. We are cooks & have furnished kitchen for those that like to cook. We sell local eggs, herbs, preserves, produce and honey harvested on the property. Access to the property is from an exterior stairway.

This newly renovated one bedroom apartment is in the heart of the historic district of Gordonsville. No box stores here, just quaint shops and restaurants. The apartment is right on Main Street nestled in the middle of boutique shops and brick sidewalks with Monticello, Montpelier, the University of Virginia, Shenandoah National Park, local vineyards and many historic sites near by. This is a private second story apartment above a local business with a separate entrance and key-less entry.

Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, SUP, Fishing, Hiking, Biking, Exploring, or just relax on your own beach by the fire pit. Visit farm animals just a short walk around the lake...Theo the Cow, Sheep, goats, turkey, ducks, chickens, and rabbits.

You can enjoy the indoor fireplace or outside propane fire pit! Private deck for gazing at the stars or watching the wildlife. Two person hammock tucked under the trees! Inside you will find king bed with a view out of the three large windows, loveseat, tv, microwave, small fridge, coffee station and quaint bathroom with tiled shower.

Guests staying in the Boxcar have access to the shared amenities of Rassawek Station including the patio “Flat Car” and our Lodge Cabin. Guests also have access to our ponds and 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. The boxcar living area has a sofa and coffee table and small area with table, two chairs and a mini fridge/freezer with a Keurig. The bedroom has a queen bed and dresser and there is a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Quiet Cove at Lake Anna

Waterfront at it's finest on Lake Anna located on the public/cold central side of the lake, in a quiet cove. Our home is fully furnished with a modern vibe. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. We have a great dock that you can lounge and hang out on as well as dock your boat or jet ski's. Property is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell located at the front door. Owner is a licensed active VA Realtor.

Hawkwood House King Bedroom

Hawkwood House is close to Charlottesville, VA. It is in a 100-acre wood. Two guests share downstairs bedroom. Guests may use upper floor only with prior arrangements. It is a very quiet, peaceful setting. It is located near historic sites from colonial times of the United States and the Civil War and near Charlottesville VA and homes to three early US presidents (Monticello, Ash Lawn and Montpelier).
