The house is located in the heart of the Natural Park of Calblanque, in the town or place of Cobaticas. The beaches of the park are about 15 minutes walk and 5 by car or bus from the house. The access to the Park is through a road that alternates stretches of land and asphalt. Although Cobaticas does not have any commerce or service, the town of Los Belones is 5 minutes by car and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away. The house and its situation is especially indicated for people who enjoy and respect the nature and the environment of both the countryside and the beach of a Natural Park. The exceptional location of the house makes it have some peculiarities. As the water network does not reach the population, the supply is through the water company's tanks that are distributed in the tanks or cisterns of each house for their supply; due to this, the water pressure in the house is variable but more than enough to cover all the basic cleaning and cleaning needs.
