A beautifully brand new renovated “casita” (little house), right in the Heart of downtown. The house counts with a full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Also, for your convenience, we can accommodate your car in our private garage (if needed). The fastest wi-fi in town, hot water, dish tv, a/c in all rooms and all the goodies you already know (including beach items). This is as good as its gets for your money. And with the triple “L’s” (location, location, location). We can’t wait, can u?

Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Casa Mexicana #20 with A/C

Thatched roof bungalow off-the-grid and solar powered with limited A/C can be ON for up to 12 hours daily including night, can be more limited on cloudy days. Located near dive shops, eateries and the beach. Accommodates up to 3 guests with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. Night rate is for 2 guests. This unit is not set for children under 10 years old. Parking available for small vehicles and is shared with Casa Goby, which sits in front of Casa Mexicana. No pet policy is firm.

Next door to Zai Sushi Surf Bar where you can experience some of the best sushi you've ever had with a spectacular view of the ocean, watch people surf and during the winter season see the beautiful whales straight in front. Near by restaurants and the best surf breaks in Los Cabos. Come and enjoy a peaceful time in paradise.

The open layout comfortably accommodates 4 guests or 2 couples, providing both personal space and a communal area to share a drink.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to San Jose downtown. 1.5 mil from el Ganzo. 3 min away from the main attractions. 4 blocks away from the ocean. This place is a true gem. 5 markets and food places all around. WE suggest a car as distances can be far at time. But to explore Cabo it’s better by car. NO PARKING space inside the property,but street parking it’s allow and safe.
