This is a special place right on the water, facing west, overlooking Fishing Bay and Indian Island in Eastsound on Orcas Island. I am one of three waterfront units in Eastsound and have tried to provide everything you will need for a wonderful experience on Orcas. This unit is steps away from all the shops, restaurants, bakery, museum and galleries of our little village of Eastsound. Also, I am a fourth generation islander so ask me some Orcas Island history!

Get away to the quiet island

I built this house as a place for my family to escape to. Open floor plan lots of room on the porch. Fantastic sunset view over water. There is room for many, though during the phase 3 of CoViD-19, San Juan County only allows me to groups of 6 or less. Rental includes access to the 8.3 acres. There is a flat lawn suitable for croquet, and yard games. Most of the place is wooded with paths. Some paths lead to ne of the best swimming ponds on the island.

This historic farmhouse sits on 8 acres of private land in the quiet southeast corner of Lopez Island. The property abuts San Juan Island National Monument. The large back porch has a pergola that allows guests an indoor/outdoor living during damp or very sunny weather.
